Automation and AI
We list the tasks your team does by hand every week; we measure which of them can be safely automated, and keep human approval where it is needed.
Hand repetitivework to machines.
When businesses usually call us
- Every day, your team copies the same data out of one system and types it into another by hand.
- Most of the questions customer service receives are the same, and the answers are already in your documents.
- The morning report takes someone an hour and is often not ready until the afternoon.
What we do
From a small integration to an in-house AI assistant.
Workflow automation
Flows that move data on their own between forms, CRM, accounting and email.
Orders and stock
Real-time sync between marketplaces, your shop and the warehouse.
Customer service assistant
An assistant that answers from your own documents and hands over to a person when needed.
Content tools
Production tools tuned to your brand voice, with every output approved by an editor.
Reporting
Summaries compiled automatically from your sources and sent to the team every morning.
How we work
Process first, tools second.
- Process inventory.
Who does what, how often and in how many minutes; mapped out in one week.
- Pilot.
The single most time-consuming process is automated in two weeks.
- Roll-out.
The pilot is measured, and the approach that works is carried over to other processes.
- Maintenance.
Error alerts, logs and a monthly review.
What you get

What our clients say
From the teams we work with, in their own words.
Every morning we were moving orders between two systems by hand. The pilot took two weeks; a few bugs came up in the first days and we sorted them out together. Now the morning report arrives on its own, and our colleague in operations can spend the first hour of the day on customers.
Operations managerCoffee equipment retailer, Istanbul
Automation and AINobody could update our old site, so we had to call someone for every change. Now we add product pages ourselves. The short report every Monday meant we always knew what would be finished and when. And the quote requests we get through the form are more complete now, too.
General managerIndustrial valve manufacturer, Manisa
Web and softwareOur stock on Trendyol and Hepsiburada didn’t match up, and the orders we had to cancel were dragging our shop rating down. Since we moved to a single stock, that problem has largely gone away. Seeing in the weekly report which products actually make money after commission changed the way we price.
E-commerce managerHome textiles brand, Denizli
E-commerceThe people we worked with before sent us a traffic graph every month, but nobody knew how many quote requests it turned into. Now the report shows the enquiries coming in from organic search directly. The first months were slow; they told us that right at the start, which meant we had the right expectations.

SEOFor years our product manager tried to write our blog posts, and they were always left half-finished. Now there’s an hour’s conversation with our product manager each month, a writer drafts the text and a different editor reads it. The posts are technically accurate, and our sales team sends them to customers.
Co-founderAgricultural irrigation technology company, Konya
ContentOur reception team used to run the hotel’s account. We wrote the voice guide together, and the shoots were done before the season opened. Messages now get answered the same day, and the monthly report shows us which booking enquiries turned into bookings.
Sales and marketing managerBoutique hotel, Kyrenia
Social mediaOur previous agency kept suggesting we raise the budget a little more every month. In the first month they fixed the tracking, and we saw that some of the sales showing in the Meta dashboard hadn’t actually come from the ads. We cut the budget and moved it to the profitable campaigns; the month-end figures now match our accounts.
FounderNatural cosmetics brand, Izmir
AdvertisingWe had a Klaviyo account, but we only used it to announce promotions. They set up the welcome and basket flows, and our İYS records got sorted out too. Now orders come in from email even in weeks with no promotion running, and we can see which flow they came from.
Digital marketing specialistChildren’s clothing brand, Gaziantep
EmailThe numbers in GA4 never matched the sales in our accounts. They rebuilt the tracking from scratch, and then we started running small tests on the checkout page. Some tests didn’t change anything, and we got that in writing too. But showing delivery information in the basket was a change we kept for good.

Questions
The questions we hear most about automation and AI. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer within one working day.
How long does it take to automate business processes?
First we draw up a process inventory, noting how much time each task takes and whether it is suitable for automation. Then we run a 2-week pilot on one chosen process; if the pilot works, we extend it to the other processes and then take on the maintenance. The total time depends on how many processes are being automated and which systems need to be connected.
How much does an automation or AI project cost?
The cost depends on the number of systems to be connected and the API support they offer, how complex the workflows are, the volume of data to be processed and the scope of AI components such as an assistant. n8n, Make, Zapier or the AI models may also have their own subscription or usage fees; we discuss these openly at the proposal stage. We send a written proposal 2–3 days after the free first meeting.
What do we need to prepare for an automation project?
Access to the systems to be connected (such as your e-commerce platform, accounting, CRM and email) and a few short conversations with the person who runs the process today are enough. For a customer service assistant we also need the documents its answers will be based on: your frequently asked questions, returns policy and product information. On handover we write a user guide so that your own team can monitor the workflows too.
How do you measure whether automation is working?
We measure the process before the pilot: how long the task takes by hand, how often it is repeated and how many errors it produces. At the end of the pilot we take the same measurements again and put the decision on whether to continue in writing; we only roll it out further if the results are good. If a workflow fails, an alert comes through immediately, and the status of the running workflows is in the Monday report.
What happens if an AI customer service assistant gives a wrong answer?
The assistant is set up to answer only from your documents. When a question comes in that the documents do not answer, or the topic is sensitive, it hands the conversation over to someone on your team. Before it goes live we test it with real customer questions, and during the pilot we read the conversation logs and correct its answers. No assistant is free of mistakes, which is why handing over to a person is part of every setup.
