Data analysis and conversion
First we make sure the data is collected correctly; then we find where people get stuck on the site and make decisions by testing changes.
Measurement,not guesswork.
When businesses usually call us
- You have moved to GA4, but nobody trusts the reports.
- Each meeting brings a different spreadsheet and a different number.
- Changes to the site are made on taste, and their effect is not measured.
What we do
Measuring, understanding and testing.
Measurement setup
GA4, Tag Manager and server-side tracking, with a written event plan.
Custom dashboards
When the work calls for it, we build one ourselves: a dashboard that brings your numbers onto one screen and updates itself.
Behaviour analysis
Heatmaps, session recordings and funnel analysis.
A/B tests
A hypothesis, a sample size calculation and a written result.
BI and data warehouse
Sales, advertising and CRM data brought together in one place.
How we work
Every test starts with a question.
- Measurement plan.
What each event means is defined in writing.
- Diagnosis.
Funnel data and recordings show where the biggest drop-off is.
- Test.
One change is tested with a large enough sample.
- Decision.
The result is written up; the winner stays, and the loser teaches us something too.

What our clients say
From the teams we work with, in their own words.
The numbers in GA4 never matched the sales in our accounts. They rebuilt the tracking from scratch, and then we started running small tests on the checkout page. Some tests didn’t change anything, and we got that in writing too. But showing delivery information in the basket was a change we kept for good.
Head of growthSports equipment retailer, Nicosia
Data and CRONobody could update our old site, so we had to call someone for every change. Now we add product pages ourselves. The short report every Monday meant we always knew what would be finished and when. And the quote requests we get through the form are more complete now, too.
General managerIndustrial valve manufacturer, Manisa
Web and softwareEvery morning we were moving orders between two systems by hand. The pilot took two weeks; a few bugs came up in the first days and we sorted them out together. Now the morning report arrives on its own, and our colleague in operations can spend the first hour of the day on customers.
Operations managerCoffee equipment retailer, Istanbul
Automation and AIOur stock on Trendyol and Hepsiburada didn’t match up, and the orders we had to cancel were dragging our shop rating down. Since we moved to a single stock, that problem has largely gone away. Seeing in the weekly report which products actually make money after commission changed the way we price.
E-commerce managerHome textiles brand, Denizli
E-commerceThe people we worked with before sent us a traffic graph every month, but nobody knew how many quote requests it turned into. Now the report shows the enquiries coming in from organic search directly. The first months were slow; they told us that right at the start, which meant we had the right expectations.
Head of marketingCold chain logistics company, Mersin
SEOFor years our product manager tried to write our blog posts, and they were always left half-finished. Now there’s an hour’s conversation with our product manager each month, a writer drafts the text and a different editor reads it. The posts are technically accurate, and our sales team sends them to customers.
Co-founderAgricultural irrigation technology company, Konya
ContentOur reception team used to run the hotel’s account. We wrote the voice guide together, and the shoots were done before the season opened. Messages now get answered the same day, and the monthly report shows us which booking enquiries turned into bookings.
Sales and marketing managerBoutique hotel, Kyrenia
Social mediaOur previous agency kept suggesting we raise the budget a little more every month. In the first month they fixed the tracking, and we saw that some of the sales showing in the Meta dashboard hadn’t actually come from the ads. We cut the budget and moved it to the profitable campaigns; the month-end figures now match our accounts.
FounderNatural cosmetics brand, Izmir
AdvertisingWe had a Klaviyo account, but we only used it to announce promotions. They set up the welcome and basket flows, and our İYS records got sorted out too. Now orders come in from email even in weeks with no promotion running, and we can see which flow they came from.

Questions
The questions we hear most about data and CRO. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer within one working day.
How long does a GA4 setup and measurement plan take?
First we prepare a measurement plan that sets out which decisions need which data, and we do the setup according to that plan. How long it takes depends on how the site is built, how many conversions and channels are tracked and whether server-side tracking is needed. After setup, we check that the data is flowing correctly by comparing it with real order or form records.
How much do data analytics and CRO services cost?
It depends on the number of sites and channels to track, whether you need server-side tracking and a BigQuery data warehouse, whether a dashboard built for your business is required and how many tests are run each month. Some tools may also have their own usage fees. We send a proposal setting out the scope 2–3 days after the free first meeting.
What access do you need from us for data and CRO work?
Access to your website or your Google Tag Manager account, your GA4 and ad accounts, the system where your sales data is kept (e-commerce platform, CRM or ERP), and a line of communication with your development team. It also matters to know which numbers you base your decisions on; we build the measurement, and the dashboard if needed, around those decisions.
How long should an A/B test run?
We set the length of a test before it starts with a sample size calculation: the page’s traffic, the current conversion rate and the size of the difference we want to detect determine how long it needs. We do not stop a test early because the result looks good, and we run tests in full weeks to cover behaviour that changes from one day of the week to another. For pages without enough traffic, we recommend working with heatmaps and session recordings instead of A/B tests.
How do you report test results?
Every test starts with a hypothesis and ends with a written result: what changed, how many visitors saw it, whether the difference is reliable and what was decided. Losing tests go into the test results archive too, because knowing what did not work makes it easier to choose the next test. If the work calls for it, you also see the results in a dashboard we build ourselves; the highlights are in the Monday report.
