What our clients say
From the teams we work with, in their own words.
We had a Klaviyo account, but we only used it to announce promotions. They set up the welcome and basket flows, and our İYS records got sorted out too. Now orders come in from email even in weeks with no promotion running, and we can see which flow they came from.
Digital marketing specialistChildren’s clothing brand, Gaziantep
EmailNobody could update our old site, so we had to call someone for every change. Now we add product pages ourselves. The short report every Monday meant we always knew what would be finished and when. And the quote requests we get through the form are more complete now, too.
General managerIndustrial valve manufacturer, Manisa
Web and softwareEvery morning we were moving orders between two systems by hand. The pilot took two weeks; a few bugs came up in the first days and we sorted them out together. Now the morning report arrives on its own, and our colleague in operations can spend the first hour of the day on customers.

Automation and AIOur stock on Trendyol and Hepsiburada didn’t match up, and the orders we had to cancel were dragging our shop rating down. Since we moved to a single stock, that problem has largely gone away. Seeing in the weekly report which products actually make money after commission changed the way we price.
E-commerce managerHome textiles brand, Denizli
E-commerceThe people we worked with before sent us a traffic graph every month, but nobody knew how many quote requests it turned into. Now the report shows the enquiries coming in from organic search directly. The first months were slow; they told us that right at the start, which meant we had the right expectations.

SEOFor years our product manager tried to write our blog posts, and they were always left half-finished. Now there’s an hour’s conversation with our product manager each month, a writer drafts the text and a different editor reads it. The posts are technically accurate, and our sales team sends them to customers.
Co-founderAgricultural irrigation technology company, Konya
ContentOur reception team used to run the hotel’s account. We wrote the voice guide together, and the shoots were done before the season opened. Messages now get answered the same day, and the monthly report shows us which booking enquiries turned into bookings.
Sales and marketing managerBoutique hotel, Kyrenia
Social mediaOur previous agency kept suggesting we raise the budget a little more every month. In the first month they fixed the tracking, and we saw that some of the sales showing in the Meta dashboard hadn’t actually come from the ads. We cut the budget and moved it to the profitable campaigns; the month-end figures now match our accounts.
FounderNatural cosmetics brand, Izmir
AdvertisingThe numbers in GA4 never matched the sales in our accounts. They rebuilt the tracking from scratch, and then we started running small tests on the checkout page. Some tests didn’t change anything, and we got that in writing too. But showing delivery information in the basket was a change we kept for good.

Questions
The questions we hear most about email. If yours is not here, write to us and we will answer within one working day.
How do you run KVKK-compliant email marketing?
As a rule, sending commercial electronic messages by email, SMS or WhatsApp requires the recipient’s prior consent; these consents must be registered in the Message Management System (İYS), and recipients can opt out at any time through İYS or via the link in the message. Consent to commercial messages is one obligation; the privacy notice and, where needed, explicit consent under KVKK (Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 6698) are another, and both have to be met. We handle consent forms, İYS integration and making sure opt-outs reach every list as part of the setup; for a legal assessment, we recommend working with your own legal adviser.
How long does it take to set up automated email flows?
In the discovery week we map out your customer lifecycle and start with the flows that will have the most impact, such as welcome, abandoned basket and post-purchase. Domain authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) and İYS integration go into the first cycles; win-back and segment-based flows are added in the following weeks. The total time depends on your current setup and how many flows you want.
How much do email marketing and CRM services cost?
It depends on how many flows are set up, the platform used (such as Klaviyo, HubSpot or ActiveCampaign), whether you need a CRM setup and lead scoring, how much data has to be migrated and whether there will be regular campaign sends. The platforms’ own subscription fees also need to be taken into account. We send a written proposal 2–3 days after the free first meeting.
What do you need from us to start email marketing?
Access to your domain’s DNS settings, your existing customer and subscriber lists along with information on how consent was obtained from those people, and access to your e-commerce or CRM system. We do not start sending straight away to lists where consent is unclear; we first check the list against İYS records and clean it.
How do you measure email marketing results?
We do not use open rate on its own as a measure, because some email apps count opens automatically. We look at the sales or meetings each flow brings in, unsubscribe and complaint rates, and deliverability. When the list is big enough, we measure a flow’s real contribution against a control group that does not receive the emails.
